All our projects begin with a design consultation, in which we gather as much detailed information as possible on things such as client expectations, functional needs, aesthetics, and factors concerning the interior space itself. We then use this information to put together a digital presentation of the proposed design concept so that clients may have a visual understanding of how we plan to transform their space.

After the initial consultation, we work on gathering a capable team of contractors and sub-contractors, specify furniture, fixtures, and equipment, and put together the initial quotations including design fees and contracts, to form the preliminary budget which is then presented and discussed with each client prior to any further work being undertaken.

We organize, order, and arrange delivery and installation for all furniture, fixtures and equipment used in each project. Prior to ordering, we create specification lists which detail each item to be purchased along with images and cost. The specification lists are updated as the project progresses to reflect the status of each item from initial order to delivery on site. All items are invoiced to the client through our company to streamline the process and receipts are send to the clients for transparency. 

We pride ourselves on our organization skills and work hard to deliver successful projects within the time frame given. We are also aware of our limitations and have capable project managers on standby to help in managing the logistics of larger scale projects. We involve our clients in every step of the design process and conduct weekly client meetings to update clients on progress and obtain approval for drawings, specifications, and other project related issues as they arise.

Great design lies in the details and we like to see our details on paper. We create a variety of drawings depending on the needs of each project such as floor plans and details, furniture plans, ceiling plans and details, electrical, lighting and switching plans, elevations, and millwork/shop drawings. We use these drawings to collaborate work with all contractors and sub-contractors taking our time to ensure that all parties understand and comply with each drawings and update as the project progresses.

We make regular site visits to ensure the project is flowing as it should and the drawings are being followed as agreed. We also supervise all installations of furniture, fixtures, and equipment and conduct thorough inspections so nothing is overlooked.
